For the First Time in Forever, Colonel Bleep gets a Voice Cast!
Considering there have been no adaptations to the show, no other voice actors has been willing to give Bleep and the other characters voices of their own...until now. Today, it is with great pleasure to announce the leading cast of Colonel Bleep '69 as they had all worked very hard to achieve these roles.

Amber Tscherning is Squeak
Although Squeak is shaped in the likeness of a little boy, Noah Tyler could not seem to achieve a childish voice for the marionette so it sounded more like a grown man using the higest pitch possible. So, the plan for the modern Squeak's was to sound more childlike but with plenty of energy. It's not uncommon for women to voice boys in their child years as much as actual boys. Having used a spunky, sassy, Southern voice to fit Squeak's character and tone, we think Amber Tscherning and her is the best match for our plucky puppet pal.

About the Actress
Amber Tscherning has been known for voicing multiple characters in not just animated media, but also in video games and audio dramas for characters that may be sweet, sassy, heroic, villainous, childish, motherly, robotic or natural.
If this sounds familiar, some other characters Tscherning has voiced are Mania the Marauder (from Vanguard of Avias), Whisper and Ella Trixity (Project Cesnock), Kindra, Young Samuel, and Vulture (from the English dub of the anime Stand Firm: A Light in the Shadows), Princess Charm (from The Heroes of Mosai), Dark and Nova (from Dimensional Life), Keko and Shi (from Critter Chateau), Fiana Enateth (from Conquest of Eldinar), and Zebulon "Zeb" Cyrune (from CHI Project).
Tim Dischert is Scratch

In the 50s series, Scratch's voice was a little more complicated, whether it sounded like a deep goofy voice or very similar to Noah Tyler's normal voice. In a way to improve the caveman's character, Scratch's voice is supposed to sound gruff, but in a tone that can sound courageous, shy, and very sweet. Through careful research and testing, we believe Tim Dischert has the best voice for the gentle giant.

Dylan Nicholson is Dr. Destructo
While the original Destruco had a more goofy, mischievous voice, our version's voice intends to be more dangerous and terrifying. In way it should feel like a mix between the voices of Death the Wolf (from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish), Dr. Harley Sawyer (from Poppy Playtime), Scar (from The Lion King), and Aaravos (from The Dragon Prince). Out of all the auditionees who applied for this role, our best choice for the bloodthirsty criminal mastermind, Dylan Nicholson was our strongest choice.

About the Actor
Besides voice acting for animated works, video games, and audio dramas, Dylan Nicholson also has a talent for acting in live action film, theatre, and video editing. Nicholson willing to give it the best he can in acting in the means of entertaining and informing the audience as well as help polish a video with strong visuals, sound effects and music that connect to strengthen the film's final cut.

Joel "Leo J" Basham is Colonel Bleep
Now who says we can't save the best for last? While tirelessly fleshing out Colonel Bleep's character, the way he's written is a bit of stand-out from his classic predecessor. While the original Bleep's voice sounded rather simply demanding and confident, our version should have a voice that still sounds dutiful and heroic, but also more humanistic such as including moody and warm tones. There were many auditionees who worked hard to pursue the role, but after tirelessly determining the best choice, it is with pleasure to choose Leo J as the most worthy voice actor of them all!

About the Actor

No matter the conditions, Leo J will do whatever he can to make the working environment fun and professional and will do his best to accomplish any task as a voice actor or voiceover.
